30-Day Return Window
If your order does not meet your expectations, you may request a return within 30 days from the date your package is delivered.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, items must remain unused and in their original condition. Whenever possible, returned products should also include the original packaging. Proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation email or receipt, is required for all return requests.
Please note that certain products may not qualify for return due to hygiene considerations, safety reasons, or item-specific restrictions.
Return Process
Once your return request has been reviewed and approved, the EackasCm™ support team will provide instructions for returning the item.
Unless the return is related to a damaged product, defective merchandise, or a shipping error, return shipping costs are generally the responsibility of the customer.
After the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued back to the original payment method used during checkout.
Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return results from an error made by EackasCm™.
